Lightweight clay insulation bricks are light-weight refractory products with Al2O3 content of 30-40%, to heat insulation and heat preservation refractory bricks. They are mainly made of clay clinker or light clay and plastic clay, and added with pearlite insulation raw, produced by combustible method, and fired in an oxidizing atmosphere at 1000℃ after drying.
