Phosphate abrasion-resistant bricks are also called phosphate bonded high alumina bricks, so they are used in a series of furnace linings such as cement rotary kilns, pelletizing kilns, zinc oxide rotary kilns, environmental protection vertical kilns, lime kilns, incinerators, etc. High pressure soft phosphate brick is also called phosphate abrasion-resistant brick. It has high AL2O3 content, high refractoriness, low apparent porosity, good low temperature compressive strength; It has high resistance to thermal shock and anti-structural spalling performance, good thermal shock stability, small high temperature creep value, high hardness, good chemical corrosion resistance, good abrasion resistance and other characteristics.
