Size: AZM-1680 silica-mullite brick, AZM-1650 silica-mullite brick, AZM-1550 silica-mullite brick (designed according to the lining of the rotary kiln).
Silica-mullite brick, a kind of refractory brick, has a homophone of '-resistant brick', and was successfully tested in the early 1990s. It was once called HMS high wear-resistant brick, with a coefficient 5 times higher than that of phosphate-bonded high alumina brick. In terms of its phase composition, it should be a product of silicon carb-mullite, which is abbreviated as silica-mullite brick. This term is mostly popular in the building materials industry, and other industries usually it high alumina silicon carbide brick, alumina trioxide-silicon carbide brick. The production of carbonized silicon and high alumina fireay conforms to the technological development of refractory brick products. Since silicon carbide oxidizes to produce silica, which reacts with alumina trioxide to mullite (3Al2O3˙2SiO2), it can improve the density and strength of the product, and form a protective film on surface of the product, which can prevent silicon carbide from further oxidation, so that silicon carbide can be kept at a certain content in high alumina siliconide refractory brick, and improve the thermal shock stability, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the product. The service life of high strength dense silica-mite brick in the various belts of the cement rotary kiln body is 3-4 times higher than that of high alumina brick. In recent, the application of silicon-mullite refractory brick in cement rotary kiln has been rapidly developed, especially with the emergence and large-scale of dry cement kiln, the rotation speed and thermal stress intensity in the kiln have been greatly improved, which puts forward new and higher requirements for the quality and physic properties of refractory materials. Therefore, in addition to the burning zone where the magnesium chrome brick is still used under the protection of the kiln skin attached to, the secondary burning zone, transition zone and cooling zone have been significantly better than the magnesium chrome brick after the change to the silicon-mullite brick. Properties of silicon-mullite brick: (1) The product structure is dense and wear-resistant: the main crystal phase of silicon-mullite refory brick is composed of hard mineral silicon carbide and mullite, and the structure of finished silicon-mullite brick is dense with high bulk density, is generally 2.6-2.7 g/cm3. (2) High load softening temperature and good high temperature performance. (3) Silicon-ullite brick has good thermal shock stability. Due to the presence of a certain amount of SiC in the silicon-mullite brick, SiC has high conductivity and small thermal expansion coefficient, which significantly improves the thermal shock stability of the silicon-mullite refractory brick. The water-cooled test at1100 ℃ is more than 10 times, so the silicon-mullite brick can achieve no scaling as the lining of the rotaryn, and can improve the service life of the kiln. The low-thermal conductivity silicon-mullite composite brick is a new type of refory brick with multi-layer design, which can reduce the temperature of the kiln body, and has good insulation performance. 1. Reduce the temperature of cylinder by more than 50 ℃ to ensure the safe operation of the thermal equipment and reduce the phenomenon of red kiln; 2. Improve the thermal efficiency of the rotary kiln and reduce the energy consumption by more than 5% to improve the benefits of the enterprise
