Chromium corundum casting material is mainly composed of high-strength refractory raw materials such as corundum andium oxide green as aggregate and powder, and micro powder is added to make it. Chromium corundum casting material belongs to the composite corundum casting material and is a neutral refractory casting material. Due to the long-term scouring and wear of high-speed and high-temperature fl gas from waste incineration furnaces and hazardous waste chemical incineration furnaces, and chemical erosion of flue gas and fly ash, the use environment ofractory materials for kilns is very harsh. Therefore, corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant casting materials need to be used. The following advantages can obtained by using this casting material: 1, the melting of chromium oxide Cr2O3 increases the viscosity of the slag and the glazed surface layer use, which inhibits the infiltration and erosion of the slag and flue gas on the refractory material; 2, based on corundum materials, AL2O3 and Cr2O3 react at high temperature to form a solid solution, which improves the high-temperature resistance of the refractory material and gives it excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance at room temperature, medium temperature and high temperature; 3, the addition of special additives gives it the ability to sudden cooling and sudden heating, resisting the peeling of refractory materials caused by thermal stress damage. Application scope: carbon black reaction furnace, coal slurry gasification furnace, steel industry steelmaking furnace, electric furnace, converter, waste incineration furnace, hazardous waste rotary kiln and other corrosionresistant and wear-resistant parts.
