SiC anti-scaling casting material is a high alumina silicon carbide product, because of the high hardness of SIC, (Ms hardness 9.2, expansion coefficient is not more than 4.4X10-6C°-1) the high temperature volume stability is good, so the refractories produced by SIC have good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, high high temperature strength, high thermal conductivity, small linear expansion coefficient, thermal shock resistance, and do not react with cement raw materials, and have good anti-scaling properties. Anti-scaling casting materials are suitable for preheater cones riser flues and chutes, etc., and anti-scaling casting materials form a glaze on the surface of the material at high temperature, which prevents penetration of the glass phase in the cement raw materials, thus playing an anti-scaling role. This material is mainly used for the lower slope of the cyclone preater, the riser flue, the preheater cone and other parts that have been scaled.
