Size: T3 standard brick, 230*114*65 (size can be customized according to the drawing processing negotiation)
High alumina lightweight insulating bricks, also known as high alumina lightweight pellet bricks, are made with high alumina material as the main material, supplemented by appropriate additives and using the lightweight sintering method. The finished product usually contains more than 45%-48% aluminum, the products have the advantages of high strength, good thermal stability, small changes in re-burning fiber, and low thermal conductivity. High alumina lightweight insulating bricks usually made by adding a small amount of clay to high alumina clay, grinding it into fine powder, and then casting it into shape with gas or foam method, firing it at 1300~1500℃. Sometimes industrial alumina can also replace part of the clay. It is used to build the lining and insulation layer of the kiln, as well as the parts that are not eroded and scoured by strong high-temperature molten materials. When in contact with the flame, the surface contact temperature must not exceed 1300℃.
