Lightweight high-alumina insulation bricks are made from high-quality high-alumina clay as the main raw material, with water to form plastic clay or slurry, and then formed by extrusion and fired at high temperature to produce high-quality heat insulation bricks. Compared with highalumina lightweight insulation bricks/mullite lightweight insulation bricks, no lightweight ball materials are added, which reduces pollutant emissions, and the weight cannot be controlled low, with high strength, and the volume density is generally 0.8-1.2g/cm3, with a service temperature of 1300 degrees -1400 degrees. This type of product can directly touch the flame, and has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, low thermal conductivity, and energy-saving effect. Product Application: Lightweight high-alumina insulation bricks can be used as thermal surface refractory lining or other refractory backing insulation layer, and can be applied to industrial furnaces such as cracking furnace, tube furnace, gas generator, high-temperature shuttle kiln, tunnel kil, ceramic roller kiln, push plate kiln, electric furnace box insulation furnace, etc.
