High alumina casting refractories are formed by a variety of particles and grading aggregates, which are composed of aluminainker (aggregate), binder, and admixture. They can be directly used by adding water and stirring, and are formed by vibration casting. Highina casting refractories can be directly cast into a whole lining on the industrial furnace, or prefabricated into refractory blocks for masonry use in industrial furnace. According to the brand, it can be divided into GL-55, GL-65, GL-75. High alum casting refractories are divided into two types according to different production processes: common high alumina casting refractories are mainly composed of high alumina clinker and alumina cement as binder; high alumina low cement casting refractories are mainly composed of high alumina clinker, and the mixture of calcium aluminate and silica micro powder is used as binder.
