Specification: 25kg/bag
The high-strength alkali-resistant refractory castables for rotary kilns adopt low-cement bonding technology, adding-silica raw materials, ultra-fine powder and high-efficiency dispersants. At high temperature, the aluminum-silicon components react with alkaline metal compounds form a high-viscosity liquid phase layer, which seals the surface of the lining and prevents alkali erosion, enhancing the alkali resistance of the lining. It high strength at high temperature, good thermal stability, and is impact and scouring resistant and wear-resistant, with a long service life. The characteristics ofali-resistant refractory castables are: a protective layer against erosion forms on the surface at 1250℃, which has a good effect on the erosion and penetration of alkaline gas and materials in cement kiln materials at high temperature, and has a certain resistance to scaling. Alkali-resistant refory castables are widely used in low-temperature parts of cement rotary kilns because of their high strength and low bulk density. Application scope: preater lining, decomposition furnace, kiln tail hood, low-temperature parts of grate cooler, lining of tertiary air pipeline, lining of cooler, etc. can also be sprayed (lining of preheater).
