High strength wear-resistant plasticity
Specification: two-component (25kg/bag and drum-packing binder)
Castable refractories and refractory casting materials for circulating fluidized bed boiler are mainly made of electric fused corundum, carbide, special grade alumina clinker, ceramic abrasive materials, etc., with appropriate amount of additives, efficient binder, plasticizer,., and are stirred to form a hard paste. It is an unshaped refractory material in the form of clay or clay lump, which is constructed byamping, vibration or pressure.
The product has excellent bonding property, good plasticity and abrasion resistance, high strength at medium temperature, good high temperature stability, convenient construction and long storage period. Main use: for the high temperature furnace hearth, furnace wall, furnace top, header, front and rear arch andizer, cyclone wear parts of the boiler, and the difficult construction parts can also be repaired locally.
This plastic can also be used for: repair refractory lining of coke oven, gas generator, boiler, heat exchanger, hot air furnace, blast furnace, homogenizing furnace, boiling furnace, kiln and other thermal equipment.
