Therefore, effectively preventing the electrolyte from permeating into the impermeable material layer is the key to the quality of the imperable material. An ideal impermeable material is one that, after forming a good impermeable barrier layer, does not change or consume with time. scope: It is laid between the insulation bricks and carbon bricks of the aluminum electrolytic cell to prevent seepage, and it is laid under the carbon bricks of the ash furnace.
