Size: RK-H (designed according to the lining of the rotary kiln)
High-strength alkali-resistant and delamination-resistant bricks for rotary kilns have the characteristics of volume stability, strong resistance, and impermeability. Alkali-resistant bricks have excellent alkali corrosion resistance performance, which can react with alkaline compounds in the kiln material kiln gas under certain conditions and quickly form a closed and dense protective glaze layer on the turning, preventing impurities, liquids, and harmful substances in the cement from to penetrate and the 'alkali crack' of the brick from damaging the kiln lining. It is one of the indispensable kiln lining materials for new dry- kilns. The series of alkali-resistant bricks include ordinary alkali-resistant bricks, high-strength alkali-resistant bricks, alkali-resistant insulation, and arch-type alkali-resistant bricks, etc. It is widely used in preheaters, decomposition furnaces, third-air ducts, pre zones, and other parts of cement kilns. High-strength alkali-resistant bricks are made of siliceous stone, fireclay, and additives to improve the microstructure of the product. In the process of use, it reacts with alkaline oxides to form a high-viscosity glass phase which covers the surface of the brick and blocks the surface pores, preventing the penetration of alkaline slag and playing a role in alkali resistance and corrosion resistance.
