Size: GKBL-70 (designed according to the lining of the rotary kiln)
Anti-spalling high alumina brick is produced by adding ZrO2 or other materials on the basis of high alumina cl, which has anti-spalling properties. It can be divided into two categories, one is anti-spalling high alumina brick containing ZrO2, is expressed as GKBL-70 in the new national standard code, and the other is anti-spalling high alumina brick without ZrO2 which is expressed as KBL-70 in the new national standard code. Due to the high price of anti-spalling high alumina brick containing Zr2, it has no obvious price advantage compared with silica-mullite brick, and it has been basically replaced by silica-mullite brick in market. The market is mainly occupied by anti-spalling high alumina bricks without ZrO2.
The main characteristics of this product: no of kiln skin, no spalling, strong abrasion resistance, reduction of sintering, etc., and the service cycle is prolonged. Anti-sp high alumina bricks are mostly used in the transition zone of rotary kilns, kiln tails and preheaters of decomposition furnaces and secondary combustion chambers of waste, lime kilns, etc.
