Phosphate refractory bricks are made of special grade high alumina clay, with the addition of blue quartz, using phosphoric as a binder, and sintered at 550-600℃. Phosphate abrasion-resistant bricks are also called phosphate high alumina bricks, so they are used in a series of furnace linings such as cement rotary kilns, pelletizing kilns, zinc oxide rot kilns, environmental protection vertical kilns, lime kilns, incinerators, etc.
High-pressure soft phosphate bricks are also called phosphaterasion-resistant bricks. They have a high AL2O3 content, high refractoriness, low apparent porosity, good low-temperature compressive strength they have high resistance to thermal shock and resistance to structural spalling, good thermal shock stability, low high-temperature creep value, high hardness, good chemical corrosion resistance and good abrasion resistance.
High-pressure soft phosphate composite bricks are composite layers with insulation and heat insulation materials added at the end of the contact, which greatly reduces the temperature of the cylinder and reduces the high-temperature baking of the cylinder, saving costs and improving thermal efficiency.
