Size: standard brick T3, 230*114*65(mm)
The sintering zirconia corundum brick is mainly made of alumina and zirconia as the main raw materials and its main chemical composition is that the content of alumina is 48% ~ 70%, the content of zirconia is 2% ~ 40%, and the rest is silica and other impurities. The sintering zirconia corundum brick has strong resistance to the of glass liquid. In addition, because of the existence of partially stable tetragonal Zr02, a small amount of porosity is formed in the brick and the thermal shock resistance is stronger than that of AZS casting brick. It has good chemical stability for both acidic and alkaline media, so it widely used in glass furnaces and can resist the erosion of glass liquid well. It has the advantages of no carbon, low glass phase content, uniform structure, noage holes, and good thermal shock stability and corrosion resistance.
