Size: standard brick T3, 230*114*65 (processed according to the size of the drawing, negotiated and customized)
Low porosity clay bricks are made from mainly refractory materials such as chalcedony and low alumina mullite, known as dense clay bricks. The clay bricks with a porosity rate of less than 17% are called low porosity clay bricks. Low porosity clay have good stability and the degree of erosion does not change suddenly. The service life is three times longer than that of ordinary clay bricks, and the heat storage capacity is50% higher than that of ordinary clay bricks, greatly improving the sintering thermal efficiency of the kiln. Therefore, it is often used in environments with erosion and large temperature fluctuations, such as steel, hot blast furnace, glass kiln, metallurgical building materials, petrochemical, ceramics glass and hot furnace, glass furnace regenerative chamber. Dense wear-resistant bricks have low porosity, improved wear resistance and erosion resistance, and have an advantage in price compared with low porosity clay bricks. It can be used in heating furnaces, glass kilns, lime kilns, and when used in the charging andcharging ends of vertical lime kilns, it greatly reduces the shedding of refractory bricks, improves wear resistance, and reduces the cost of corporate benefits.
