Silicon carbide brick is a refractory material made from SiC as the main raw material. Mohs hardness . It is relatively stable for acidic slag. Contains 72% ~ 99% SiC. It is divided into clay bonded, Si34 bonded, Sialon bonded, β-SiC bonded, Si2ON2 bonded and recrystallized silicon carbide bricks. Black silicon carbide (C content above 96%) is generally used as raw material, adding binder (or no binder), and then formulated, mixed, formed and fired obtain. The main crystal phase is silicon carbide. The main varieties are oxide bonded silicon carbide brick, carbon bonded silicon carbide brick, nitride bonded siliconide brick, self-bonded silicon carbide brick, recrystallized silicon carbide brick and semi-silicon carbide brick, etc. It has the of wear resistance, good corrosion resistance, high strength at high temperature, good thermal shock stability, high thermal conductivity and small coefficient of thermal expansion, and belongs to highperformance refractory materials. Silicon carbide bricks have high thermal conductivity, good wear resistance, anti-thermal shock and corrosion resistance. Therefore, siliconide bricks are widely used in industrial fields. It can be used for lining of steel ladle in metallurgy, water hole, stopper, bottom and abdomen of furnace, and waterless cooling slide rail of heating furnace; distillation kettle and tray of distillation tower for non-ferrous metal smelting, side wall oftic tank, crucible for smelting metal; shed plate and flame-proof material of kiln in silicate industry; generator of oil and gas in chemical, and combustion furnace of organic waste; high-tech ceramics used in kiln tools, lining of aluminum electrolytic tank, melting aluminum guide pipe and kil tools for ceramics, large and medium-sized blast furnace body lower part, waist and abdomen, aluminum refining furnace lining, zinc distillation tank lining, etc
